Creating Super Foreman Workshop – PHCC @ Ferguson Plumbing
Jul 7 @ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

The project foreman needs to be much more than just a talented journeyman who knows how to “go fast.” The foreman is the ?rst line of management in the company, and must become the quarterback by learning more than just the technical trade skills required to install the work. Like a quarterback, he must have a carefully crafted and practiced game plan (or else it’s sandlot football), he must be able to execute the plan, he must be able to adjust the plan when teammates stumble or show less talent, he must provide accurate feedback to the coaches on the bench, and he must AT ALL TIMES keep his eyes on the goal of winning the game.

No on 69 @ AGC Education Center
Jul 12 @ 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

A speaker from Coloradans for Coloradans will be on hand to answer questions. Coloradans for Coloradans is a statewide, bipartisan organization formed to work for the defeat of Amendment 69 — the costly, untested and risky government run health care plan that would double the size of state government. Under Amendment 69, ALL Coloradans will lose their current benefit plan, to be replaced by benefits yet to be determined, to be serviced by an entity yet to be identified, to include providers yet to be named.
Coloradans for Coloradans campaign members come from across the state, from different backgrounds and different political perspectives and are united in the deep belief that Amendment 69 is wrong for Colorado.

The Marriage of Sales and Marketing @ Online Webinar
Jul 13 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

From the PHCC National Education Foundation –

As home service contractors we are continuously pouring huge sums of money into marketing our businesses. We focus on branding, on advertising, on truck wraps and messaging, and yet we often fail to look at the alignment between the promise we make in our marketing and the experience we deliver to the client. Great companies have several different areas of synergy that keep them on top. Phenomenal companies know that there are two critical synergies that must be in alignment – Sales and Marketing. On this webinar you’ll learn how to align your client experience with your marketing promise.
